During the shoe leather material processing, traditional way is to engrave and punch on already cut shoe material by many different procedures. ( Composed by cutting, positioning, engraving and punching separately & respectively) . Which waste more time,material, and labor. Until the present of ZJ(3D)-160100 LD, We especially combined all the procedures( including material feeding, typesetting, engraving and punching)on one machine to highly improve the process efficiency. Which could reduce 30% material-waste comparing with tradition way. Beside it, it also could be equiped with separately laser cutting head to improve the cutting efficiency.
