Soft logo and introduction on logo:

Soft logo is called as “laser logo” and “anti-tamper logo”, replacing aluminum logo made by American 3M company and Germany Tesa Tape Inc.

Feature:

Adopts laser etching free of tampering. The material is brittle and can not be taken off completely. Heat resistance, wear resistance, chemical solvents, resistant to weather changes.

Such as Tesa 6930, called excellect tampering logo and security logo. By using laser etching, it forms permanent mark. 

Tesa 6931, called the data bearer protection labels, with layers of transparent protective film, laser-etched through the protective film data. Each body spray, the stripping thin layer of protection, the data also clearly visible. Patented product.

Original Logo:

Auto body signs and VIN code on Aluminum board are fixed on cars by riveting way.

New GB Requirement:

Whole Body: in foreign countries, soft logo is popular. In China, GB7258-2004 has replaced GB7258-199 and also it is decleared that permenent product logo should be preserved. 

In principle, riveting way should be prohibitted in logo making. Laser etching is recommended in this part.

Engine: New GB7258-2004 decleared in itam 4.1.4, model and serial no should be on the cylinder and be visible.

Usage of New Technology:

Aluminum logo can be finished by laser or pneumatic tool. If just for soft logo, only laser etching can be used.
