Reason1：Long-work makes water temperature high.
Solution：Change water.
Reason2： Reflector mirror is dirty or broken.
Solution：Clean it or replace it.
Reason3： Focus lens is dirty or broken.
Solution：Clean or replace.

Reason1： Sychronous belt loosen.
Solution：Adjustment.
Reason2： Focus lens slack.
Solution：Tighten.
Reason4：Transmission wheel screw slack.
Solution：Tighten.
Reason5：Improper Parameter.
Solution：Reset.

Reason1：Distance between workpice and laser head varies.
Solution：Change position of working table to unify distance between workpiece and laser head.
Reason2：Reflector mirror is dirty and broken.
Solution：Clean and replace.
Reason3：Design problem.
Solution：Redesign it in Photograph Software.
Reason4：Optical path deflection.
Solution：Adjustment by guide in manual.

Reason1：Laser head position is beyond of preset area.
Solution：Home position reset.
Reason2：Home position is not set so as that laser head moves beyond preset area.
Solution： Reset home postion.
Reason3： Something wrong with Hom button.
Solution： Repair.

Solution：Check the whole beam path is ok. Check whether Y axis sychronous belt is loosen.

Clean Procedure：
（1）Wash and dry your hands.
（2）Wear glove.
（3）Gently take out mirror.
（4）Using air or N2 flow to get rid of dirt on mirror.
（5）Using cotton with special liquid to clear up remain.
（6）Dropping proper liquid on mirror or lens by mopping paper,Mildly touching mirror and avoid rotating

wipe. 
（7）Change mopping paper and repeat the above steps.
（8）Please change mopping paper timely.
（9）Blowing mirror surface again by air flow.

Following action should be avoided：
（1）Touch it by hands.
（2）Blowing with your mouth or air pump.
（3）Directly touch hard material.
（4）Wiping by unproper paper or wiping rudely.
（5）Too compressed while uninstalling.
（6）Forget to use special luquid.

（1）Examine laser resonator：Adjust resonator to generate best laser point.

（2）Acousto-optic crystalloid deflection or low Acousto-optic power supply output：Adjust Acousto-optic crystalloid  positon or increase current in Acousto-optic power supply.

（3）Laser in Galvo Head Defleciton：Adjust laser generator.

（4）Light is not still strong even under 20A current：Need to change krypton lamp.

（1）Examine all power supply wiring.

（2）Change krypton lamp.
