Dust-free wiping cloth, also known as dust-free cloth, is made of 100% polyester double weave with a soft surface, easy to wipe sensitive surfaces, rubbing without removing fibres, good water absorption and cleaning efficiency. The conventional way of cutting dust-free wiping cloth is mainly to use electric scissors to cut directly; or to make a knife mould in advance and use a punching machine for cutting.

Laser cutting is a new processing method for dust-free cloth. Especially the microfiber dust-free cloth, generally use laser cutting to perfect edge sealing. Laser cutting is the use of a focused high power density laser beam to irradiate the workpiece, so that the irradiated material quickly melts, vaporizes, burns or reaches the ignition point, while blowing away the molten material with the help of a high speed airflow coaxial to the beam, thus realizing the cutting of the workpiece. The edges of the laser-cut dust-free cloth are sealed by the instantaneous high-temperature melting off of the laser, while having a high degree of flexibility and no linting. The finished laser-cut product can be executed with cleaning treatment, resulting in a high dust-free standard.

Laser cutting also has many differences compared to conventional cutting methods. Laser processing is extremely accurate, fast, easy to use and highly automated. Since laser processing has no mechanical pressure on the workpiece, the results, precision and edge quality of the products cut by laser are very excellent.
